Picknic Island Report
Friday, December 29th, 2006I have been catching nice redfish and trout around the Picknic Island area. Choice of baits are artifical shads and live shrimp. Work the lure slow and allow it to sit on the bottom for a few seconds. A large majority of the strikes will come from the lure just laying on the ocean floor.
Free line your shrimp, depending on the tide and wind you may want to use a light weight to get the bait to the bottom. I will soon be posting pictures for everyone to see. Until next time, tight lines.
