I took my 2 boys out to Playalinda Beach this morning....hadn't been surf fishing for about a month because it had been quite slow. Fished the incoming tide from 6:30 to 9:30 this morning.......caught a keeper pompano, several large bluefish, 2 bonnethead sharks, some whiting, a catfish, and some pinfish. It was a blast.....we caught the bluefish on cut mullet, but everything else was caught on live sandfleas (yes, even the sharks)......it was a very fun morning on the beach.

I'm in central fla, waiting for the surf to warm up enough...apparently, it's time! Looks like I'll be driving over to maybe NSB Weds. maybe down to the Nat'l Seashore...if I do it'll be parking area 5...if the fishing's off, the scenery's pretty good, lol. Embarassed
